Job Description

As a District Leader, you will strategically manage key customer relationships in West Germany, fostering partnerships and identifying new business opportunities. You will collaborate with Business Units to develop integrated healthcare solutions, improving patient outcomes and clinical efficiency. Responsibilities include regional growth strategy implementation, account planning, and leading a team. You will build strong relationships with C-level decision-makers, monitor market trends, and ensure compliance, all while promoting a holistic 'One Philips' approach.
Must Have:
  • Several years of experience in strategic sales, ideally in medical technology or healthcare IT
  • Deep understanding of processes and challenges in healthcare
  • Proven success in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships at management level
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially when dealing with C-level
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic foresight and initiative
  • Experience in leading and developing teams
  • Fluent German and English language skills
