Wolf Oil Corporation is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to lead and coordinate Sales Support operations in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). This role involves overseeing the Sales Support Administrators, ensuring efficient order-to-cash processes, excellent customer service, and seamless departmental collaboration. Responsibilities include team leadership, key account management, process improvement, and acting as a business partner to various departments. Fluency in German and English is essential, with Dutch being a plus.

  • Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
  • Knowledge of other languages is certainly an asset.
Must Have:
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Support team.
  • Act as the key contact for key accounts.
  • Identify and implement improvements in order management, pricing administration, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Serve as a business partner to Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Monitor KPIs, provide data-driven insights, and align forecasts.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Proven experience in sales support, order management, or customer service, with leadership experience.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, takes initiative, works hands-on, and sets priorities.

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to lead and coordinate our Sales Support operations in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). In this role, you will oversee the team of Sales Support Administrators, ensuring an efficient order-to-cash process, excellent customer service, and seamless collaboration across departments.

Your Responsibilities

  • You lead, coach, and develop the Sales Support team, fostering a customer-centric and high-performance culture. Ensure efficient workload distribution, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
  • You act as the key contact for key accounts, ensuring excellent service, resolving escalations, and supporting sales with operational insights.
  • You identify and implement improvements in order management, pricing administration, and cross-functional collaboration, enhancing efficiency and customer experience.
  • You serve as a business partner to Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance, driving operational alignment and service excellence.
  • You monitor KPIs, provide data-driven insights, and align forecasts to support business decisions.

Fluency in German and English is an absolute must, knowledge of Dutch is a plus. Knowledge of other languages is certainly an asset.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales support, order management, or customer service, with leadership experience.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in German, English and preferably also Dutch (other languages are a plus).
  • You are an effective communicator who builds positive and productive relationships within your network.
  • With an entrepreneurial mindset, you take initiative, work hands-on, and know how to set priorities effectively.
