Sales Velocity Technical Architect

Pattem Digital is seeking a Sales Velocity Technical Architect to guide complex enterprise solutions from concept to delivery. This role involves acting as a technical authority, understanding technology stack intricacies, and providing insightful guidance to client teams. The architect will design and implement robust, scalable applications, collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Quality teams, and take ownership of designing well-structured, object-oriented code.

Must Have

• Provide strategic technical guidance and consulting to client teams.

• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Quality teams to plan, deliver, and enhance features.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Technical Architect for a challenging and rewarding Sales Velocity Technical Architect job. As part of this Sales Velocity Technical Architect job, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Quality teams to deliver new features, enhancements, and end-to-end solutions. You will take ownership of designing well-structured, object-oriented code, validating technical approaches, and presenting proposals to clients in a compelling and consultative manner.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical guidance and consulting to client teams, ensuring proposed solutions are practical, scalable, and successfully implemented.
• Take ownership of designing and developing clean, well-structured, object-oriented code for enterprise-grade, high-performance applications.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Quality teams to plan, deliver, and enhance features while maintaining architectural consistency.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure alignment, address challenges, and drive project success.
• Lead the implementation of new features and improvements to solve complex system challenges, optimize performance, and enhance user experience.
• Review and validate technical approaches, ensuring best practices, security standards, and scalability requirements are met.
• Present technical proposals and architectural recommendations to clients in a clear, persuasive, and consultative manner.
• Mentor and support development teams, fostering knowledge sharing, adoption of best practices, and continuous improvement.

Skills Required

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (a Master’s degree is an added advantage).
• 10–12 years of experience in digital transformation or full-stack development with a strong technical background.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with experience in frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Solid backend development experience using Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with server-side frameworks such as Spring or Express.js.
• Expertise with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs for building scalable, efficient applications.
• Proficiency with Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab for version control and collaboration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including serverless architecture concepts.
• Experience with DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong awareness of web application security best practices.
• Exposure to Generative AI technologies is an added advantage.
• Experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android) is a plus.

Professional Experience

• Proven track record in building and delivering end-to-end applications, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
• Background in large-scale data processing, real-time systems, or Big Data technologies is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and technical documentation.
• Experience in architecting, designing, and maintaining scalable, resilient systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex technical challenges.
