Job Description

The job involves working on sales-related administrative and strategic tasks. Responsibilities include managing requests for quotations and offers, handling contracts and price management, tracking payments, managing claims, and preparing internal and external reports. The role also requires managing interactions and negotiations with customers and internal Valeo entities. The candidate will be part of the team in Erlangen, Germany. It is a VIE position for 12 months, focusing on accelerating electrification and contributing to greener mobility.
Must have:
  • Master's degree in Sales.
  • Fluent level of English.
  • Good communication skills and an international mindset.

Valeo’s VIE Program?

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

The site of Erlangen based in Germany belongs to Power Division. We are looking for a VIE Junior Key Account Coordinator for 12 months, within the team.

Your challenges?

  • You will work on all sales topics related to administrative and strategic tasks

  • You will do request for quotation & offer management

  • You will manage contracts & price management

  • You will do payment tracking

  • You will handle claim management

  • You will do internal & external reporting and correspondence

  • You will manage interaction and negotiation with customer as well as with Valeo internal entities

 Let’s talk about you…

  • You are graduated from a Master degree in Sales

  • Ideally, you already have experience in sales

  • You have a fluent level of English

  • You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

  • You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
