About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Developer with deep expertise in CPQ and CRM (Salesforce) systems to design, build, and optimize scalable solutions that power our go to market operations. This role is critical in ensuring our systems and cross-functional workflows are reliable, efficient, and designed for growth across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Renewals, and Product teams.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who thrives on using modern techniques to automate workflows and simplify complex challenges.
Location: Belgrade (Serbia) - Hybrid
What you'll do:
- System Administration & Configuration
- Manage Salesforce user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits, duplicate management, and cleanup.
- Platform Optimization & Enhancements
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views to support business operations.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance platform performance and user adoption.
- User Support & Training
- Provide day-to-day end-user support and resolve system issues promptly.
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Integration & Automation
- Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
- Implement and manage automation using Flow, Process Builder, and other Salesforce tools.
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and Salesforce best practices.
- Assist in maintaining system documentation, change logs, and process flows.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of Salesforce administration experience in a business environment.
- Proven success managing Salesforce in a mid- to large-scale organization.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
- Understanding of Territory Models; integrations with Marketing, Quoting, Slack, Clari workflows.
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
- Familiarity with data management tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard).
- Basic understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration tools.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or relevant cloud certifications (preferred).
