Scrum Master

The ideal candidate will drive agile transformation efforts by leading project planning, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define backlogs, sprint content, and key design decisions. Responsibilities include overseeing project budgets, working with product owners, conducting ceremonies, facilitating backlog grooming, and distributing project communications. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn. The ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences is crucial. Participation in early-stage project intake and requirement gathering is expected, along with demonstrating customer empathy and the ability to gather and synthesize customer needs. Proven experience in fostering high-performing teams and driving alignment, collaboration, conflict resolution, and diversity is essential. Experience with inspect and adapt activities, including system demos, quantitative and qualitative measurement, and retrospectives, is also required. Strong oral and written communication, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are necessary. The candidate will also coordinate project discovery efforts, including funding, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
