As a Scrum Master, you will lead agile teams, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement within the IT Enterprise Program Management Office. You'll drive complex IT solutions using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), focusing on the Sales Journey and solutions in the Salesforce.com ecosystem. Responsibilities include leading teams, achieving sprint goals, partnering with product owners, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring effective communication. You will also identify and remove blockers, promote best practices, and drive data-informed improvements, collaborating with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams. The role is based in Hyderabad, India, with flexible hours.

Are you an experienced Scrum Master seeking to deepen and expand your skills in an exciting, global, and business-centric, environment?  As part of the IT Enterprise Program Management Office, you will join a collaborative and fast-paced team, applying the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to drive complex IT solutions and services across the organization. In this role, your focus will be on leading multiple agile teams specializing in the Sales Journey and delivering solutions in the Salesforce.com ecosystem.

Work Location: Hyderabad, India.  This role offers flexible hours while ensuring key overlap with our US-based teams—availability is needed until 12:00 PM EST (9:30 PM IST) on working days to foster strong cross-functional partnerships.
 
What You'll Do:
 
  • Lead one or more Agile Teams as a servant leader and coach, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Inspire and coach teams to achieve and exceed sprint and Program Increment delivery goals.
  • Partner with the product owner in backlog refinement and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to share, learn, and promote best practices across the organization.
  • Identify and help eliminate blockers, enabling teams to maintain focus and momentum.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across multiple trains, working with Release Train Engineers (RTE), Product Owners (POs), Product Managers, and Business Partners.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Provide transparency on team progress, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning by mentoring team members, facilitating Agile training sessions, and promoting growth through feedback and experimentation.
  • Use Agile metrics, such as velocity and cycle time, to assess team performance and drive data-informed improvements.
  • In addition to core Scrum responsibilities, we value Scrum Masters who bring complementary project management experience.

What We Are Looking For:
Leadership & Innovation:
  • Proven experience leading and inspiring high-performing Agile teams.
  • Strong ability to adapt and flex methodologies to meet team and organizational needs.
  • Demonstrate initiative beyond standard facilitation duties by leading key delivery phases such as UAT, Training, and Enablement, and driving smaller cross-functional projects to ensure effective coordination and stakeholder alignment.
Qualification and Expertise:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
  • 4+ years of professional experience preferred
  • Extensive experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.).
  • Proficient in Agile tools like Jira Software; familiarity with Asana is a plus.
  • SAFe / project management related certification is a plus (SAFe, PMP, PSM, CSM, or equivalent)
  • Certification and/or experience in Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience working with or knowledge of Salesforce CPQ is a plus

  • High emotional intelligence to build trust, foster open communication, and create psychologically safe environments.
  • Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement:
  • Proactive problem-solver with a relentless focus on removing impediments.
  • Experience leveraging retrospectives and performance indicators to drive improvements.
