Job Description

As a Junior Project Manager, you will develop and implement project plans, manage dependencies, track milestones, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining documentation, reporting on progress, and offering solutions. The role also involves implementing changes, evaluating results, and aligning sales projects with strategic objectives. You'll need to use customer feedback, research engagement methods, and liaise with marketing and product development. Additionally, you will build an open-communication environment and coordinate with the IT department. The job involves leadership, decision-making, scheduling, and adhering to quality control.
Must have:
  • Experience in project management or related field.
  • Strong decision-making and leadership abilities.
  • Experience managing resources, scheduling, and reporting.
Good to have:
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • SAFe; Lean Six sigma, Scrum or any Agile certification

In this role, you will: 
  • Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans
  • Design and maintain business requirements and project documentation
  • Identify and manage project dependencies
  • Track project milestones and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Report on project progress, offer viable solutions and opportunities as they arise
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
  • Evaluate and assess the results of the project
  • Develop and implement sales projects that align with the company’s strategic objectives
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
  • Liaise with the marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales as part of GTMs
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team
  • Coordinate with the IT department to optimize sales technology and CRM
Your background: 
  • Experience in project management, or related field
  • Strong decision-making and leadership abilities
  • Experience in managing resources, scheduling, reporting, and adhering to quality control and timely deliver
  • Excellent leadership abilities, and outstanding project management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have:
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification
  • SAFe; Lean Six sigma, Scrum or any Agile certification
