About the role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Software Developer Engineer in Test (SDET), for our Quality Engineering Department to lead the development of cutting-edge automation solutions. This role is pivotal- join us in leading the transformation of our automation strategy and redefine how we build, test and deliver secure software at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive system-level and end-to-end automated test suites that ensure broad and deep coverage across our product ecosystem.
  • Create automated test frameworks, design and implement test cases, and write code to improve software testability
  • Drive the adoption and implementation of automation-first and shift-left practices, embedding quality into every stage of the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, DevOps, Project Managers and Product teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and production environments.

Requirements

  • A software professional with a hybrid skillset, combining expertise in software development and testing.
  • Strong background in software engineering and QA, with a deep understanding of test frameworks, test strategies, CI/CD, agile methodologies, and shift-left processes.
  • At least 3 years of experience with OO languages, automation frameworks and test cases development (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, PyTest, Python, Java, C# or similar). Strong design, coding, and debugging skills.
  • Experience with SaaS testing, preferably in large-scale or distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, microservices, and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure).
  • Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
