Job Description

This Search Specialist role at Google's gTech Ads Solutions requires fluency in English and French. Responsibilities include completing extensive training on Google's product suite, developing market knowledge, creating holistic media strategies for clients, driving account growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position focuses on Search media and requires working with clients to achieve their business objectives, leading conversations on media strategy, performance, and investment, and working with Measurement and Attribution specialists. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in digital media or digital marketing/advertising, implementing and measuring campaigns, and providing client solutions. This role is based in Warsaw or Wrocław, Poland.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns and providing client solutions.
  • Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Google products across Google Ads, YouTube and programmatic advertising.
  • Ability to successfully navigate and influence various personalities within a complex business environment.
  • Ability to process data sets and identify patterns of significance.

Responsibilities

  • Complete extensive training to become an expert in Google’s product suite.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools, in preparation to offer the best solution for clients' business challenges.
  • Dive into the client’s business objectives and work with them to lead the conversation on a holistic media strategy to drive performance and the right investment.
  • Work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short- and long-term account growth.
  • Drive conversations on Measurement and Attribution (along with the Measurement and Attribution specialists) of Search media.
