TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Segregation of Functions Analyst for the Internal Control area.

The Internal Control area is responsible for establishing, supervising, and strengthening processes, policies, and procedures that ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, reliability of financial information, and protection of organizational assets. Its main function is to identify risks, evaluate controls, and propose improvements to prevent fraud, errors, and deviations that could affect the achievement of institutional objectives.

About you:

A segregation of functions analyst ensures that critical tasks are separated to prevent fraud, errors, and abuse, implementing controls and policies to promote transparency and accountability. Their objective is to prevent fraud, errors, and abuse by implementing policies and procedures that promote transparency and accountability. They work closely with risk, audit, and IT teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational integrity.

Your day to day:

• Attend the control desk for role provisioning, verifying that requests correspond to the segregation of roles and responsibilities matrix.
• Directly address requests and questions from internal users.
• Timely perform monthly monitoring of movements made by the user administration area.
• Keep the operating instructions for the segregation of functions area updated.
• Keep the roles and responsibilities matrices updated.
• Prepare reports for monitoring activities at the control desk.

You should have:

• Bachelor's degree in administration or computer science
• Intermediate level Excel proficiency
• Information analysis
• Data management and interpretation
