Limit Break is seeking a Senior 3D Character Modeler in Tokyo, Japan. This full-time, on-site role involves creating in-game character models from concept art, managing outsourcing, and implementing characters in Unity. The ideal candidate will have over five years of 3D character modeling experience in the game industry, including 0-to-1 development, and proficiency in tools like Maya, Blender, and Substance Painter. Collaboration with other departments is key, along with a strong commitment to quality and continuous skill development.
Good To Have:- Knowledge of shaders and lighting
- Ability to handle both realistic and stylized styles
- Experience in creating character facial rigs and blend shapes
- Sculpting skills using ZBrush
- Involvement in workflow optimization and technical development
- Basic knowledge of rigging
- Bilingual skills in Japanese & English
Must Have:- Create in-game character models based on concept art

- Implement and adjust characters in Unity
- Collaborate with animation, programming, and design teams
- Practical experience in 3D character modeling (5+ years)
