  • Displays full knowledge of the agency’s offering, philosophy and vision and is able to convey it to clients and potential recruits

Account leadership 

  • Is perceived by senior clients to be leading the team to deliver 
  • Has a thorough understanding of the client’s business, and the category
  • Provides day to day direction to ensure the whole team knows where we are, where we need to go and how we’re going to get there
  • Effectively leads meetings to ensure they’re efficient and productive 
  • Communicates powerfully and effectively throughout the process
  • Spots and manages issues as they arise and acts to mitigate risk

Commercial capability

  • Accurately forecasts and delivers revenue against it 
  • Estimates accurately and negotiates effectively with clients and suppliers
  • Identify opportunities to increase client scope and then makes a plan to go for it 
  • Demonstrates diligent budget management, following and supporting the standard We Are Social financial processes
