We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our high-performing team covering key Hi-Tech and Professional Services customers across the region. This role is part of Salesforce’s Core Sales team, focused on accelerating our presence through strategic account growth and acquisition. As a senior AE, you’ll play a critical role in shaping account strategy, driving growth, and acting as a trusted advisor to influential firms. You will manage and expand Salesforce’s footprint, own the vision and strategy, and lead account teams across multiple Salesforce Clouds, focusing on Core AI and CRM solutions.
Must have:

  • Own the vision, strategy, and stakeholder engagement for your accounts.
  • Lead account teams across multiple Salesforce Clouds, driving toward a unified growth target.
  • Focus on Salesforce’s Core AI and CRM solutions, while orchestrating resources across the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Drive revenue growth across a defined portfolio of high-value Hi-Tech & Professional Services, both existing and new.
  • Generate pipeline through strategic prospecting and effective territory planning.
  • Build and lead complex deal cycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams and executives.
  • Serve as the primary executive contact and trusted partner for your accounts.
  • Represent Salesforce with C-level stakeholders to articulate our value in enabling customer transformation.

This role is part of Salesforce’s Core Sales team, focused on accelerating our presence across the region through strategic account growth and acquisition. As a senior AE in the Business Unit, you’ll play a critical role in shaping account strategy, driving growth, and acting as a trusted advisor to some of the most influential Hi-Tech & Professional Services firms in the region.

About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

  • Successful, reference-able sales experience, ideally in enterprise software or cloud technology.
  • Proven ability to lead account teams and develop multi-cloud sales strategies.
  • Deep understanding of the Hi-Tech & Professional Services industries is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Experience in business development, net new sales, and expansion strategies.

Additional Requirements

  • University graduate calibre.
  • Based in the UAE or within the Region.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is strongly preferred.
  • Willing and able to travel regionally and internationally as needed.
