Job Summary
As a Senior Account Executive at Omnicom Health, you will manage the day-to-day delivery of national and international client projects, ensuring seamless execution and strong client relationships. This involves overseeing project coordination, managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables, and acting as a primary client contact. You will collaborate with creative, medical, and digital teams, prepare client proposals, and ensure all deliverables meet quality and regulatory standards. The role also includes supporting strategic planning and mentoring junior account executives.
Must Have
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of national and international accounts from initial briefing through to final delivery
- Oversee project coordination, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met
- Prepare and manage detailed budgets, cost estimates, and financial tracking for assigned accounts
- Act as a primary client contact for specific projects, ensuring clear, timely, and solution-focused communication
- Collaborate closely with creative, medical, digital teams, and external suppliers to deliver campaigns
- Prepare and present client proposals, contact reports, status updates, and project documentation
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and agency quality standards
- Support Account Managers in strategic planning, client relationship development, and account growth initiatives
- Proactively identify potential risks or challenges in project delivery and implement solutions
- Mentor and guide junior account executives, providing feedback and support for professional development
- Degree level education with a focus on marketing, advertising, science or healthcare
- At least 4 years of experience in a creative advertising agency or healthcare communications agency
- High level of English for written and verbal communications
- Evidence of strong work ethic and proactivity in and out of education/work
- Proficient in all relevant software

You will manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables while proactively identifying opportunities for account growth and supporting strategic planning in partnership with Account Managers.

Skills & Experience
