This role requires a Henan Province Regional Manager to lead a team in achieving sales and process targets, focusing on agent and store development, distributor and channel management, and team training. Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business administration, food and beverage or related majors;

2. More than 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry (such as beverages, daily chemicals, food), including more than 2 years of provincial/regional management experience

3. Familiar with the operation model of FMCG distribution channels (distributors, KA), with experience in channel strategy formulation and implementation;

4. Team management ability: experience in goal decomposition, performance appraisal, talent development, able to lead the team to complete high-pressure tasks

5. Possess certain data analysis ability, clear logic, and good at communication
