We are seeking a results-driven and strategically minded Product Marketing Lead to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in transforming product features into compelling customer benefits. You will be responsible for developing the product's value proposition messaging, creating high-impact marketing content, designing data-driven promotion campaigns, and managing the product's lifecycle programs to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and revenue. This individual will work closely with the product development, sales, and digital marketing teams to ensure a consistent and powerful market presence.
Must Have
- Develop and refine product value propositions and key messaging frameworks.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews.
- Become the expert on buyer persona.
- Plan, create, and oversee marketing content production.
- Conceive, design, and manage integrated marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with digital marketing team to execute campaigns.
- Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
- Develop and implement strategies for managing customer journey.
- Create targeted programs to improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and LTV.

- 8+ years experience in product management, product marketing, or growth marketing in B2B & payment industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM).
- Strong project management skills.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

This individual will work closely with the product development, sales, and digital marketing teams to ensure a consistent and powerful market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Value Proposition & Messaging:
1. Develop and refine clear, consistent, and compelling product value propositions and key messaging frameworks for various target segments and channels.
2. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to uncover key insights that inform messaging and positioning.
3. Become the expert on our buyer persona—their needs, pain points, and buying journeys.
- Content Development:
1. Plan, create, and oversee the production of a wide array of marketing content to support the entire customer lifecycle.
2. This includes but is not limited to: sales enablement materials (e.g., battle cards, pitch decks), website copy, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email sequences, and video scripts.
3. Ensure all content is on-brand, aligns with the core messaging, and resonates with the target audience.
- Promotion Campaign Design & Execution:
1. Conceive, design, and manage integrated marketing campaigns aimed at driving product adoption, cross-selling, up-selling, winning back lapsed customers, and promoting special offers.
2. Collaborate with the digital marketing team (SEO/SEM, social media, email) to execute campaigns across multiple channels.
3. Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data (KPIs) to optimize future initiatives and demonstrate ROI.
- Lifecycle Program Management:
1. Develop and implement strategies for managing the customer journey from onboarding to advocacy and win-back.
2. Create targeted programs to improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and lifetime value (LTV).
3. Monitor key lifecycle metrics and proactively identify opportunities to reduce churn and increase retention.
Requirements:
1. 8+ years of experience in a product management, product marketing, or growth marketing role, with a proven track record in B2B environments & payment industry.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, with a portfolio of impactful marketing content.
3. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM data) to inform decisions.
4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
5. Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
