Job Summary
The Human Resources and Administration Manager will be responsible for establishing and optimizing HR and administrative management systems across various centers. Key duties include planning and supervising the six HR modules and administrative support, ensuring efficient operations and high satisfaction. The role also involves organizational development, HR system construction, information management, welfare system design, recruitment channel management, and handling labor disputes and administrative affairs. The manager will also support business expansion by assisting with branch selection, talent储备, and setup.
Must Have

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for establishing and optimizing human resources and administrative management systems for various centers, and for planning and supervising the six major modules of human resources and administrative support, ensuring efficient support and improving satisfaction.
2. Organizational Development: Review and supervise the establishment of positions, staffing, and responsibilities for various departments, as well as the standards for staffing, organization, and personnel, to ensure organizational compliance (including but not limited to annual job analysis and output of job descriptions, semi-annual company staffing, and company structure).
3. Human Resources System Construction: Human resources forecasting, planning, and management system construction, ensuring the completeness, operability, and written form of the system.
4. Human Resources Information Management: Establishment and maintenance of the EHR system.
5. Welfare Structure and System Design: Maintain the compensation system, design employee flexible benefits (annuities, supplementary medical care, etc.), and implement dynamic compensation and welfare management to promote common development of the enterprise and employees.
6. Recruitment Channel Management: Responsible for channel construction and expansion, including campus channel development and outsourcing resource development, to ensure channel supply meets recruitment needs.
7. Labor Dispute and Work Injury Handling: Handle employee relations, disputes, work injuries, labor arbitration, and system-related risks such as pre-set working hours.
8. Administrative Management System Establishment: Responsible for the establishment and optimization of administrative management systems and work manuals, ensuring efficient support for company administrative affairs.
9. Cooperate with business to conduct site selection research, talent reserve, and preparation for the establishment of branches.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, related major preferred.
2. Management experience: 2+ years; relevant industry experience: 3+ years.
3. Master human resources management theory, management theory, psychology theory, familiar with labor laws and regulations and labor policies, and industry knowledge; Level 2 Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Labor Economics, and related certificates are preferred.
