Job Summary
BOLD is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end in-house recruitment across Poland and EMEA. This role involves partnering with hiring managers and the TA team to recruit diverse technical and non-technical roles, focusing on excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences. The HR Team manages the entire employee lifecycle, and this specialist will be crucial in attracting and hiring exceptional talent, ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment process to support BOLD's continuous growth.
Must Have
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to hire
- Design and execute recruitment strategies
- Apply innovative recruitment approaches
- Build effective sourcing and hiring strategies for B2C and B2B businesses
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers from Poland, EMEA, US, and Puerto Rico
- Collaborate with teams to understand business, products, and culture
- Contribute to internal HR initiatives (employer branding, candidate experience)
- Develop understanding of BOLD’s business model and products
- 4-5 years of recruiting experience
- Experience in technology or product development recruiting
- Hands-on experience collaborating with Hiring Managers
- Experience with ATS system
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing tools
- Good knowledge of IT/Product or SEO/Marketing roles
- A data-driven approach to hiring
- Love for designing and optimizing processes
- Very good command of English

- Experience in outsourcing/Recruiting agencies related to IT
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS
- Experience across all areas of IT/Product or SEO/Marketing roles

Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes - from sourcing to hire - to attract and secure top talent.
- Design and execute recruitment strategies, exploring new sourcing tools and continuously improving the hiring process.
- Apply innovative recruitment approaches, such as cultural and value-based interviews or role-play assessments.
- Build effective sourcing and hiring strategies to fill a wide range of roles across our high-performing B2C and B2B business.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers from Poland, EMEA, the United States, and Puerto Rico to understand their needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to gain a deep understanding of our business, products, and culture.
- Contribute to internal HR initiatives focused on employer branding, candidate experience, and continuous improvement.
- Develop a solid understanding of BOLD’s business model and products to identify and attract the right talent for future growth.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 4-5 years of recruiting experience.
- Experience in technology or product development recruiting (experience in outsourcing/Recruiting agencies related to IT is also a big plus).
- Hands-on experience collaborating with Hiring Managers.
- Experience with the ATS system. Experience with Greenhouse is a plus.
- Experience working with recruiting systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing tools.
- Good knowledge of IT/Product or SEO/Marketing roles. Experience across all areas is a plus.
- A data-driven approach to hiring.
- Love for designing and optimizing processes.
- Very good command of English (cooperation with hiring managers from the US and PR).

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent for BOLD. In this role, you’ll ensure a smooth and engaging recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams, helping us bring the right people on board to support our ongoing growth.
How do we work?
- Our point of reference is the OKRTs (Objectives, Key Results, Tasks), which we plan every quarter for our team and individually.
- We work with tools such as Greenhouse, JIRA, Confluence, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Suite, and Organimi.
- We have weekly meetings with the Manager and biweekly meetings with our global TA Team, where we talk about progress, plans, and our projects - this is the time for you!
- Annually, during the performance review, we have the opportunity to evaluate our work.

Salary & Eligibility
Pay Range
11000 - 13000 PLN gross, Employment Agreement (Umowa o Prace)
Location
This position is 100% remote, work from home. You must live in Poland or be willing to relocate to Poland to be considered for this role.
