This role involves being a key player in the collaboration between the Consulting business unit and HR, focusing on both data analysis and human connection. The successful candidate will manage HR processes, support leadership decisions with data, prepare analyses and reports, participate in strategic decision-making, build relationships with colleagues, and ensure HR compliance. Must Have
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate HR (senior generalist or junior BP), or consulting background
- Higher education degree
- Active, fluent English language skills
- Analytical thinking, confident MS Excel usage, data-driven approach
- Openness to understanding business needs and developing creative solutions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, customer-oriented attitude
- Insight and proactivity: not just executing tasks, but understanding the underlying goal

Your tasks will include:
- Contact and coordination: You will be the first point of contact for our Consulting business unit regarding HR matters. You will help navigate all HR-related questions and ensure that matters proceed smoothly;
- Business support: You will assist leadership decisions with data and simulations. You will show how current processes work and make suggestions for their development – supported by numbers;
- HR process management: Supported by a generalist colleague, you will be responsible for HR support for the business unit throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from performance evaluation to compensation;
- Analyses and reports: Preparation of statements related to performance evaluation periods and ad hoc needs, support for the development of incentive systems;
- Strategic involvement: You will participate in business decision preparation and cost planning;
- Relationship building: You will get to know 100+ colleagues, be actively present, not just behind a desk – strong interpersonal skills are required;
- HR compliance: You will ensure that HR processes comply with legal and internal regulations, support audits and the fulfillment of regulatory requirements.
To be successful in the selection process, you must have the following competencies:
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate HR (senior generalist or junior BP), or consulting background;
