Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Affairs: Responsible for establishing R&D official document management systems and processes, carrying out daily official document reception, dispatch, and supervision; organizing internal and external meetings and research exchanges, summarizing and compiling various meeting process SOPs to ensure efficient and smooth processes; responsible for daily office management.
2. Archives and Confidentiality Management: Responsible for formulating R&D archive management systems and processes, timely collecting, organizing, numbering, and archiving R&D project files, strictly implementing archive borrowing management; combining with the company's confidentiality requirements, carrying out confidentiality publicity, education, and inspection.
3. Data Information Management: Responsible for collecting R&D scientific research achievement transformation and other data information, establishing statistical ledgers, writing relevant reports, and actively communicating and coordinating to meet internal and external data information reporting needs.
4. Organizational Culture Building: Responsible for formulating and implementing R&D team culture building activity plans, guiding new employees' growth, implementing employee care, and enhancing team cohesion.
Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above.
