Job Summary

The General Manager Assistant will support the GM in formulating and implementing business strategies, providing decision analysis for operations, sales, and team management. Key responsibilities include preparing reports, handling daily administrative tasks, and executing directives. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or above, strong organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, keen insight, and robust judgment, planning, and execution abilities. A good teamwork spirit, agile thinking, pioneering spirit, and strong sense of responsibility are also essential.

Must Have

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the General Manager in formulating and implementing various business development strategies and work plans.

2. Provide decision analysis and support to the General Manager in company business planning, sales strategies, enterprise management, and sales team management.

3. Prepare various reports and assist the General Manager in handling daily work affairs.

4. Complete daily operational management assigned by the General Manager and implement directives issued by the General Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 1. Possess strong organizational, coordination, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, as well as keen insight; have strong judgment and decision-making ability, and planning and execution capabilities;
  • 2. Possess good teamwork spirit, be honest, reliable, and of upright character;
  • 3. Be agile in thinking, possess a pioneering spirit, and a strong sense of career responsibility.
