- Familiar with fixed income and equity investment policies (Direction 1).
- Strong foresight and decision-making ability.
- Possess project and industry resources.
- Strong business negotiation and communication skills.
- 8+ years in industrial park operation, marketing, equity investment (Direction 2).

- Familiar with industrial park operation and equity investment policies (Direction 2).
- Age 40 or below.

Direction 1:
1. In conjunction with the company's strategic development plan, lead the team to achieve annual performance targets and accept market-based assessments.
2. Responsible for the company's project investment and business expansion, tracking market dynamics, and discovering investment projects and channels.
3. Cultivate team members, guide employees to continuously improve and enhance business capabilities, and participate in the setting, allocation, and assessment of team members' performance goals.
4. Participate in company strategic decision-making, integrate channel resources, and provide support and suggestions for business development.
Requirements:
1. Education: Postgraduate degree, Master's degree or above.
2. Major: Economics, Management, Finance, or related fields.
3. Work Experience: 10+ years of relevant work experience, with 8+ years of investment experience in securities, funds, investment institutions, and market-oriented business development experience, possessing good client development and maintenance capabilities.
4. Other: 40 years old (inclusive) or younger; familiar with fixed income and equity investment work and relevant policies and regulations, possessing good foresight and decision-making ability; possessing certain project resources and relevant industry resources; possessing strong business negotiation and communication coordination skills.
Direction 2:
Job Responsibilities:

2. Responsible for the development, operation, and management of industrial parks, integrating upstream and downstream resources to improve park operational efficiency.
3. Responsible for external market expansion, maintaining high-quality clients, and developing strategic emerging industries.
4. Cultivate team members, guide employees to continuously improve and enhance business capabilities, and participate in the setting, allocation, and assessment of team members' performance goals.
5. Participate in company strategic decision-making, integrate channel resources, and provide support and suggestions for business development.
Requirements:

3. Work Experience: 10+ years of relevant work experience, with 8+ years of experience in industrial park operation, investment promotion and marketing, equity investment, with strong market development and business innovation capabilities.

Other: 40 years old (inclusive) or younger; familiar with policies and regulations related to industrial park operation and equity investment, possessing good foresight and decision-making ability; possessing certain project resources and relevant industry resources; possessing strong business negotiation and communication coordination skills, with CFA, CPA, lawyer, or other professional qualifications preferred.
