Job Summary
This role involves developing production plans, optimizing processes, and managing the manufacturing site to ensure timely delivery, efficiency, and cost reduction. The manager will implement lean manufacturing, oversee quality control, and manage the production team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Responsibilities also include cost control, raw material procurement, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 3 years in a management role, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong leadership and communication skills.
Must Have
- Develop production plans and ensure on-time delivery.

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Formulate production plans, reasonably arrange tasks, ensure on-time product delivery, and achieve production goals.
2. Optimize production processes, manage the production site, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure stable production.
3. Promote lean production, introduce advanced management methods, and continuously improve production quality and efficiency.
4. Manage the manufacturing team, responsible for employee recruitment, training, and assessment, creating a positive team atmosphere.
5. Control production costs, manage raw material procurement, analyze cost data, and propose improvement plans.
6. Establish a quality system, control quality throughout the production process, and handle customer quality complaints.
7. Implement safe production and environmental protection work, communicate with relevant departments, and comply with regulatory requirements.
8. Coordinate cross-departmental cooperation to ensure smooth衔接 in all aspects of production.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related majors preferred.
2. 8+ years of manufacturing work experience, 3+ years of experience as a manufacturing manager or equivalent management position.
3. Familiar with the entire production process, with experience in production, quality, cost, and team management.
4. Master professional knowledge of production management, familiar with relevant laws and standards, proficient in using office and production management software.
6. Possess excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills, able to execute plans efficiently, strong stress resistance.
