Job Summary

Frontier is seeking a driven and solutions-oriented People Advisor to join their People Team in Cambridge, UK. This role involves providing high-quality generalist HR support, managing HR casework, tracking metrics, and supporting strategic People Team programs. The advisor will also ensure HR policies comply with employment law and maintain accurate employee data, contributing to the company's immersive gaming experiences.

Must Have

  • Provide day-to-day employee relations support and coaching to people managers
  • Manage HR casework including performance, absence, grievance, and disciplinary matters
  • Track and analyse HR metrics, offering insights and recommendations
  • Support the delivery of strategic People Team programmes across the employee lifecycle e.g. succession planning, reward, L&D, change management
  • Collaborate with Senior People Business Partners to evolve people processes and drive continuous improvement
  • Act as a point of escalation for HR Assistants and provide expert HR guidance
  • Ensure HR policies are compliant with employment law, writing and developing policies when required, and supporting managers with policy advice and guidance
  • Maintain accurate employee data in our HRIS
  • Deliver briefings and communications on HR topics and initiatives to the HR and wider People Team
  • Demonstrable experience in an operational HR role, ideally within a fast-paced technology or creative industry
  • Excellent understanding of UK employment law and experience handling sensitive ER issues
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and act accordingly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including excellent knowledge of Excel
  • A continuous improvement mindset
  • Proactive and solutions-focused with a continuous improvement approach and confidence to implement processes

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or currently working towards it

This role is offered on a full in-studio basis or a hybrid basis (minimum 3 days per week in the studio). We can provide a comprehensive relocation support package as part of any offer, should you need to relocate.
