Job Summary
10Times is the World’s No. 1 business event discovery and networking platform. They are seeking a proactive, energetic, and target-driven Sales Associate to drive revenue growth in the Indian market. The role involves identifying and connecting with potential clients, generating leads through various channels, delivering product demos, maintaining client relationships, and closing deals to achieve monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, strong communication skills in Hindi and English, and a self-motivated, accountable approach to sales.
Must Have
- Identify, research, and connect with potential clients in the Indian region
- Reach out via calls, emails, and social platforms to generate leads
- Deliver compelling product demos to prospects
- Maintain relationships and work towards closing deals
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper records of pipeline, conversations, and follow-ups
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (B2B experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English (spoken and written)
- Confident and assertive in sales conversations and client follow-ups
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

- Takes full ownership of responsibilities and ensures timely closure without the need for constant follow-ups
- Maintains a high level of professionalism, discipline, and accountability
- Believes in consistent daily efforts over occasional high-intensity work
