Job Summary
We Are Social is recruiting a B2B Account Manager to join its growing team. This role is similar to a Social Media Manager, involving content creation. You will support B2B clients in defining their social media communication strategy, manage client accounts on platforms like LinkedIn and X, handle daily client relations, moderate pages, write B2B posts, coordinate with internal teams, supervise influence campaigns, monitor social media trends, and present performance reports.
Must Have
- Manage client accounts on various social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Manage daily client relationships
- Moderate and animate page(s)
- Write B2B posts (creative intentions + post captions)
- Coordinate internally with mobilized teams (creatives, legal, influence)
- Supervise influence campaigns (led by our influence experts)
- Monitor social media news/features for clients and the agency
- Draft and present reporting (results reports) to clients
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B topics (ideally in an agency)
- Good knowledge of B2B challenges (targets, communication methods, stakes)
- Passion for social media, constantly monitoring latest news, formats, and trends
- Excellent writing skills, impeccable spelling, comfortable both in writing and speaking
- Proficiency in Internet, Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), and general IT tools

As part of our growth, we are recruiting a B2B Account Manager. This role is similar to that of a Social Media Manager (SMM) as it includes post writing missions.
Your missions:
Your role will be to support the agency's B2B clients in defining their social media communication strategy, in collaboration with the team of consultants. On a daily basis, you will notably manage the following tasks:
- Management of client accounts on different social media platforms (LinkedIn and X mainly but possibly also Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube… etc.)
- Management of daily client relationships
- Page moderation and animation
- Writing B2B posts (creative intentions + post captions)
- Internal coordination with mobilized teams (creatives, legal, influence…)
- Possible supervision of influence campaigns (led by our influence experts)
- Monitoring social media news / features for the benefit of clients and the agency
- Writing and presenting reports (results reports) to clients
Requirements
- 1 or 2 year(s) of minimum experience on B2B topics (ideally in an agency)
- Good knowledge of B2B challenges (targets, how to address them, stakes…)
- Passionate about social media, you are constantly monitoring the latest news, new formats, and latest trends
- You have excellent writing skills, impeccable spelling, you are comfortable both in writing and speaking.
- You are enthusiastic, curious, dynamic, thoughtful, and rigorous
- You enjoy working in a team
- You master the Internet, Microsoft Office (more specifically Excel and PowerPoint) and IT tools in general
