Job Summary

This Accounting Specialist Graduate role at CSG involves supporting accounts payable transactions, processing invoices, assisting with vendor payments, managing financial information, and preparing reports. The position is part of a 12-month graduate program, requiring a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

Must Have

  • Support the preparation, processing and posting of accounts payable transactions and related sub-ledger activities
  • Assist with the accurate processing, filing and maintenance of invoices and financial documentation
  • Support the preparation of vendor payments and assist with reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Gather, organise and manage financial and accounting information from internal systems and reports
  • Prepare clear and accurate reports or summaries to support accounting and finance stakeholders
  • Support accurate and compliant record-keeping practices and assist with archiving financial documents where required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Experience with the MS Office Suite (Excel is essential)
  • Strong academic record

What you’ll do

  • You will report to the Supervisor: Accounting
  • Support the preparation, processing and posting of accounts payable transactions and related sub-ledger activities
  • Assist with the accurate processing, filing and maintenance of invoices and financial documentation
  • Support the preparation of vendor payments and assist with reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Gather, organise and manage financial and accounting information from internal systems and reports
  • Prepare clear and accurate reports or summaries to support accounting and finance stakeholders
  • Support accurate and compliant record-keeping practices and assist with archiving financial documents where required

You will be part of the 2026 Graduate Programme, which runs for 12 months.
