Job Summary

CSG is seeking a Senior Program Manager for its Strategic Programs division within Professional Services. This role involves leading and managing internal strategic initiatives, including business change and transformation programs. Key responsibilities include developing and executing end-to-end delivery strategies, guiding complex transformation projects, defining program approaches, tracking KPIs, and ensuring alignment between business and technical requirements. The manager will also handle budget creation, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives, while mentoring less experienced Project Managers.

Must Have

  • Implement delivery practices and methodologies
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions
  • Ensure alignment between business and technical requirements
  • Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans
  • Facilitate senior-level discussions and governance meetings
  • Create and manage project budgets
  • Proactively identify and address delivery challenges, dependencies, and change management needs
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor and collaborate with less experienced Project Managers
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in program management
  • Proven business acumen
  • Strong skills in organizational change management and communications
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of project management tooling (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, ADO etc.)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications)
  • Expertise in managing large, complex, and multi-functional projects or workstreams
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Organized and detail-oriented in managing multiple project components, timelines, and deliverables
  • Proven ability to lead and manage internal strategic programs across multiple business units

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our Strategic Programs division within the Professional Services organization. This role will be responsible for leading and managing internal strategic initiatives across the business, including business change and transformation programs.

  • Highly complex, cross-functional programs delivery with matrix management of other Project Managers within the same project or multiple workstream.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end delivery strategies, ensuring alignment across all project functions and stakeholders.
  • Guide and manage complex transformation projects or workstreams within large-scale programs.
  • Define and implement program approaches and plans, coordinating multiple projects, vendors, and delivery teams.
  • Track KPIs, benefits, and program integration while facilitating PI (Program Increment) planning.
  • Create or approve project initiation documentation, delivery approaches, and success criteria.
  • Contribute to the project or program delivery strategy.
  • Deliver projects within agreed scope, budget, and timelines while managing risks, issues, and quality standards.
  • Implement delivery practices and methodologies; facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
  • Stay close to technical and functional details, ensuring alignment between business and technical requirements.
  • Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans; facilitate senior-level discussions and governance meetings.
  • Create and manage project budgets
  • Proactively identify and address delivery challenges, dependencies, and change management needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Delivery Practice or CSG, enhancing efficiency and best practices.
  • Mentor and collaborate with less experienced Project Managers to support skill development and project success.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Overall 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in program management.
  • Proven business acumen coupled with strong skills in organizational change management and communications
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tooling (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, ADO etc.).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications).
  • A seasoned project or delivery professional with strong expertise in managing large, complex, and multi-functional projects or workstreams.
  • A collaborative leader who excels at coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • An organized and detail-oriented individual skilled in managing multiple project components, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage internal strategic programs across multiple business units.
