Job Summary
Journee is seeking a driven Account Executive to expand its European client base. This role involves introducing leading brands to Journee's Human AI solutions, transforming customer engagement, boosting satisfaction, and driving growth through conversational AI. The Account Executive will prospect, pitch, and close new business with European enterprises, build strategic partnerships, educate clients on AI benefits, and collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions. They will manage a sales pipeline, meet revenue targets, and represent Journee at industry events, positioning Human AI as a game-changer for CX and digital transformation.
Must Have
- Prospect, pitch, and close new business with European enterprises and customer experience leaders.
- Build and nurture relationships with strategic partners.
- Educate clients on how Journee’s Conversational AI Agents enhance sales, service, and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, strategy, and marketing teams.
- Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
- Represent Journee at industry events, client demos, and innovation workshops.
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in AI, SaaS, or CX.
- Track record of consistently over-achieving on quota year in year out.
- Passionate about how AI is redefining customer experience, sales, and service.
- A strong communicator and storyteller, confident engaging with both creative and technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized and proactive, comfortable driving a full sales cycle.
- Based in Europe and fluent in English.

- Prospect, pitch, and close new business with European enterprises and customer experience leaders across a variety of industries.
- Build and nurture relationships with strategic partners to unlock new revenue channels and accelerate enterprise adoption through co-selling and aligned go-to-market initiatives.
- Educate clients on how Journee’s Conversational AI Agents enhance sales, service, and retention by delivering 24/7 lifelike customer interactions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, strategy, and marketing teams to tailor solutions for each client’s customer journey and business goals.
- Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
- Represent Journee at industry events, client demos, and innovation workshops - positioning our Human AI technology as a game changer for CX and digital transformation.

- 5+ years of proven sales experience in AI, SaaS, or CX.
