As a Client Relationship Manager, you will support RamseyTrusted real estate agents, tax pros, and investing pros, helping them succeed in their businesses while upholding RamseyTrusted principles. You will guide them, ensuring accountability to high standards that result in positive customer feedback. This role offers career advancement and significant earning potential through a performance-based growth track beyond the first year.

Must Have

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing service
  • Proven track record of driving accountability and results
  • Confident on the phone and on screen
  • Ability to influence and hold business professionals to high standards
  • Clear, concise, and persuasive communicator
  • Skilled at leveraging Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM
  • Deeply aligned with Ramsey principles
  • Passionate about helping others achieve financial peace
  • Lead and facilitate monthly group coaching calls
  • Communicate regularly with book of business via Zoom, phone, and email
  • Maintain high monthly retention of client base
  • Maintain detailed notes of all interactions and activities in CRM
  • Foster a high level of accountability with clients
  • Look for ways to help providers thrive and expand their impact

As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll come alongside our RamseyTrusted real estate agents, tax pros, and investing pros helping them crush it in their businesses while staying true to the principles that make RamseyTrusted so unique. You’ll be their go-to guide, holding them accountable to the high standards that keep customers raving about our program. And beyond your first year, this role opens the door to career advancement and significant increases in earning potential through our performance-based growth track.

You’re Probably a Match If:

  • You’ve got 2+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing service, with a proven track record of driving accountability and results
  • You’re confident on the phone and on screen. You naturally command attention and build trust quickly
  • You’ve got the ability to influence and hold business professionals to high standards while maintaining respect and rapport
  • You’re a clear, concise, and persuasive communicator
  • You’re skilled at leveraging tools like Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM to stay organized and effective
  • You’re deeply aligned with Ramsey principles and passionate about helping others achieve financial peace

What Winning Looks Like:
