Inside Account Manager [APAC Market]

The Inside Account Manager is a key contributor to the contract renewal process, responsible for delivering accurate and timely quotes to existing customers. This role ensures a smooth and efficient renewal experience by supporting internal teams and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. You will prepare and deliver renewal quotes, validate pricing, collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain compliance, and manage data in CRM systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in CRM and quoting tools.

Must Have

• Prepare and deliver renewal quotes accurately and on time
• Validate renewal pricing, ensuring correct application of discounts, CPI adjustments, and uplift
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to resolve pricing or contract discrepancies
• Maintain compliance with company policies and contractual terms
• Update and manage data in CRM and quoting systems to ensure accuracy
• Provide proactive communication to stakeholders regarding quote status and timelines
• Proficiency in English
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ systems)
• Ability to interpret pricing structures, discounts, and contractual terms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work in APAC time zone, from 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM IST

• Experience in renewals, quoting, or sales operations
• Familiarity with CPI and uplift calculations
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
