As a Senior Account Manager for educational institutions, you will be a key member of our sales team. Your main responsibility will be to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, educational institutions, and other educational organizations, develop long-term relationships, and maximize the value that our as-yet-unannounced project brings to these partners.
Job Description
Development and management of key accounts
- Lead the entire process of acquisition and subsequent care for school clients – from initial negotiations to long-term partnership.
Consultative selling
- Understand the needs and challenges of educational institutions, propose customized solutions for our educational platform.
Strategic planning
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on defining and implementing sales and pricing strategies for the school segment.
Coordination of internal resources
- Work closely with the Product Owner, marketing, and technical support for smooth launch and continuous development of client deployment.
Monitoring and reporting
- Regularly evaluate sales results, client satisfaction, and KPIs (retention, license expansion, upsell), prepare management reports.
Educational workshops and training
- Organize and lead training for teachers and administrators, present new features and best practices of the platform.
Networking and representation
- Represent us at conferences, trade fairs, and professional events in the educational field.
Education/Skills
Education and practice
- Experience in an Account Manager position or similar role with a desire to work in the B2B education segment.
Sales skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, experience with consultative selling and leading complex business negotiations.
Communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead multiple projects in parallel, set priorities, and coordinate work across departments.
Technical understanding
- Basic knowledge of e-learning technologies and SaaS model is an advantage.
Language skills
- Czech – native speaker; English – advanced level (min. B2).
