As Bohemia Interactive embarks on the development of a bold and unannounced title, we're searching for a passionate and innovative Senior Artist with extensive experience in creating beautiful and functional visuals for weapons and vehicles. You’ll be hands-on, actively contributing to the creation of new assets and leading the way with your vision and expertise.
This is more than just another art position – it’s a chance to be at the heart of a groundbreaking game that will influence the studio’s future. You will play a key role in shaping the visual direction and quality of our game, driving artistic excellence and consistency across all assets and collaborating closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and compelling player experience.
Duties
- Modelling and texturing of various weapon and vehicle assets
- Adjusting existing assets based on the updated designs
- Collaborating with other teams to define the art needs and help to make decisions according to the overall project vision
- Monitoring trends in the industry and providing feedback on the technical art side
- Actively pursuing any art pipeline improvements and maintaining documentation
- Providing feedback to the outsourcing studios (when necessary)
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of industry experience
- Ability to handle the creative process from concept to delivery
- Strong knowledge of 2D and 3D asset creation workflows and software (e.g. 3DS Max/Maya/Blender/ZBrush, Substance Designer and Painter, Photoshop)
- Good spoken and written communication in English
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment
- Knowledge of DayZ or Arma (modding experience is optional, but a big plus)
