Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Art Director and the Concept Art Team
• Establish Workflows, manage Workload and bring Structure to a diverse Team of Artists in collaboration with Project Management
• Oversee the quality of Concept Art produced so they meet expectations and are in line with the established Artistic Direction
• Work hands-on to create original stylized Art and help in the Visual Development Phase with your own Paintings
• Translate high-level ideas into visual representations, elaborating on the Art Direction for the Team

Qualifications

• Demonstrated great sense of leadership and team management
• Proven experience as a Concept Artist with a strong and expressive portfolio
• Showcase a good variety of Illustration, Production and Key Art
• Strong fundamentals of composition, perspective, light, color and materials
• Ability to think 3D and knowledge of how Concept Art translates into the game
• Be a true team player and help others succeed
• Professional level of organization and self-motivation
• Know your Digital Drawing Software inside out and how to work in collaboration with other artists
