Job Description

The Senior Account Manager (Japan Strategic Accounts) at Sony Interactive Entertainment will manage key relationships with Japanese game software publishers. Responsibilities include partner relationship management, identifying synergies between client needs and SIE objectives, leading projects involving internal and external stakeholders, securing game software for PlayStation platforms, promoting PlayStation business opportunities to partners, and coordinating with global teams and various departments to ensure successful game launches and maximize sales. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills, and experience in the entertainment or IT industry. A flexible work style, including remote work, is supported.
Must have:

パートナー企業とのビジネス窓口として、主に以下のお仕事をご担当いただきます。
・主に国内のゲームソフトウェアパブリッシャー(=取引先)とのパートナーリレーションシップマネジメント
・取引先ニーズとSIE目標の合致点見極め、社内外の関係者を巻き込むプロジェクト主導
・取引先からPlayStation向けのゲームソフトウェアの誘致
・取引先に対してPlayStationのビジネス機会の訴求
・グローバルチーム、幅広い関係部署と連携し、ゲームソフトウェアの確実な発売と売上最大化ビジネスのコーディネーション
 
日々グローバルな環境でダイナミックに活動し、ゲーム業界に内側から携わることができる業務です。
自宅からのリモート業務も含めてフレキシブルなワークスタイルを推進しております。
担当パートナーのオフィス訪問やイベント参加など外出機会もございます。

PlayStation向けゲームソフトウェアを開発、販売するパートナーとのビジネス窓口業務を担う組織として、北米や欧州のグローバルリーダーシップのもと、世界中のビジネス規模の大きなゲームパブリッシャーおよびデベロッパーとのビジネス窓口として社内外の連携を行い、パートナーとPlayStationの双方のビジネスを支えています。
欧米日亜それぞれにアカウントマネージャーを設けており、本社や現地ブランチとの窓口業務、商談・交渉・説明の実施、また社内のグローバルリーダーシップへの連携・報告を行っているグローバルでマネジメント含めて約40名規模の組織です。

■求められるスキル・技術領域 / Skills and Qualifications
【必須(MUST)】
・ゲームを含むエンタテインメント業界、IT業界で3年以上の業務経験
・パートナー企業とのリレーション構築、およびビジネスの協働推進に関するご経験
 
 
【歓迎(WANT)】
・データ分析能力(データからインサイトを見い出し、報告・商談に活かすことができる)
