Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented contractor to support the HR team in converting physical personnel files into secure, accessible digital records. This role will focus on scanning and maintaining accurate employee data while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Good To Have:
  • Prior experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Experience with HR documentation such as Form I-9, leave /benefit forms, applications, job descriptions, and more.
  • Background in HR, records management, or data entry.
  • Experience with large-scale digitization or file conversion projects.
Must Have:
  • Digitize paper-based personnel files through systematic scanning and uploading.
  • Review scanned records for accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
  • Organize digital files within HR platforms (Workday / HR Secure) to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Safeguard sensitive and confidential employee information at all times.
  • Archive or securely dispose of outdated physical files per company retention policies.
  • Provide status updates on project progress and flag issues or discrepancies.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfort with database systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience in administrative or records management roles.
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
