Senior Accounting Analyst
Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves daily monitoring of cost routines, production, consumption, and scraps. Responsibilities include supporting production areas with inventory information, BOM, and cost calculations, as well as processing indirect material consumption, inventory analysis, and systemic corrections related to productive parts stock. The position also covers closing maintenance orders, accounting closure of cost centers and production orders, recording various accounting entries, preparing accounting results reports, and assisting with audits.
Must have:
- Monitor daily cost routines, production, consumption, and scraps.
- Support production areas with inventory, BOM, and cost calculation information.
- Process indirect material consumption and analyze inventories.
- Perform systemic corrections related to productive parts stock.
- Close maintenance orders, cost centers, and production orders.
- Record various accounting entries and report accounting results.
- Assist with audits.
- Knowledge of Brazilian Accounting Standards and IFRS.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and SAP (CO and FI modules).
- Experience in accounting and SAP systems.
- Completed degree in Accounting Sciences with active CRC.
- Advanced English proficiency.

Knowledge:
- Brazilian Accounting Standards;

Software Knowledge:
- Office Package with advanced Excel;
- SAP system, CO and FI modules;
Experience:
- Experience in accounting and related areas;
- Experience in SAP system;
Graduation:
- Completed degree in Accounting Sciences.
- CRC - Active
Language:
- English - Advanced
Workplace:
- NBA – Resende RJ
