Job Description

① Responsible development area of the affiliated organization, overview of operations, and role/position within R&D

We conduct certification tests stipulated by regulations and send developed vehicles into society after reliably proving their conformity. This group collaborates with each performance development department and legal department to continuously achieve reliable approval acquisition.

② Specific job duties and expected role/position within and outside your department

With the increase in certification tests that require consideration of the effects of complex system controls such as autonomous driving technology, this position requires appropriately understanding these control outlines and regulatory requirements, and planning/executing comprehensive certification tests without omissions.

The workplace consists of a group of engineers (development collaboration/certification test planning) and a group of technical engineers (test execution). They cooperate with each other, incorporating new technologies in addition to past experience, and contributing to reliable certification/approval acquisition. Many experienced veterans are also present, and necessary knowledge is provided through in-house training and OJT, creating an atmosphere where you can consult various people when in trouble.

MUST

• Experience in technical development (design or experimentation) in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Experience in legal/certification related work.
• Possess interpersonal communication skills (as there is frequent interaction with people inside and outside the company).
• Ability to explain technical content and respond to questions in Japanese for explanations and negotiations with domestic examiners.
• TOEIC: 500 points or more (able to read and write in practice, able to explain technical matters in meetings).
• Experience in the automotive industry: preferred.

WANT

• Experience in automotive certification testing.
• Experience in creating, executing, and summarizing automotive-related experiment plans.
• TOEIC: 600 points or more.

233,000 JPY to 439,000 JPY
