Nium is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Analyst – Client Servicing to support enterprise clients in the US region, requiring work during India night shifts. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, resolving queries, assisting with client onboarding and account management, communicating product updates, tracking client performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Must Have
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
- Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and providing continuous support to meet client objectives
- Communicate product updates, enhancements, and industry developments
- Track client performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve satisfaction and retention
- Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Product, Tech) to address client needs and manage escalations
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in B2B/Enterprise payments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and active listening
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Must be flexible to work in US shifts (7 PM – 7 AM IST)

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Analyst – Client Servicing to support our enterprise clients in the US region. This role requires working in India night shifts (US business hours) and focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support & Query Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Onboarding & Account Management: Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and providing continuous support to meet client objectives.
- Client Engagement: Communicate product updates, enhancements, and industry developments. Gather feedback to improve services.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track client performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Product, Tech) to address client needs and manage escalations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in B2B/Enterprise payments.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with payment processing technologies and Global domestic payment systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and active listening.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Schedule: Must be flexible to work in US shifts (7 PM – 7 AM IST).
