Responsibilities
- Business analysis and requirements gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements for the CRM system.
- System configuration and customization: Implement and configure CRM software based on business requirements, often using low-code/no-code tools for customization.
- Functional support: Provide ongoing support to CRM users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems efficiently.
- Implementation and deployment: Lead or assist in the implementation of CRM solutions, from initial setup to rollout and user adoption.
- Testing and quality assurance: Perform testing to ensure the configured system functions as expected before deployment.
- Training and documentation: Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users to ensure they can effectively use the system.
- Process improvement: Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to optimize CRM functionality and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with CRM platforms: Hands-on experience with specific CRM systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or SAP CRM.
- Functional expertise: A deep understanding of CRM processes, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills: The ability to analyze complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop effective solutions.
- Communication and collaboration: Strong communication skills to liaise with both business users and technical teams.
