Job Description

The Senior Associate, People Operations will provide guidance, support, and coordination across various functions within the People Operations team. This role involves managing employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, and handling day-to-day HR activities. The candidate will work with systems like Workday, partner with People business partners, support managers and employees, ensure compliance with labor laws, and assist with employee relations and performance management.
Must Have:
  • Managing employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records accurately.
  • Coordinating with vendors for background verification and People services.
  • Creation of Purchase orders and coordinating with the vendors for processing invoices of the contract employees.
  • Using HRMS or Workday for People data management and process execution.
  • Partner with business teams, HRBPs and other CoEs on key HR Processes.
  • Addressing day-to-day employee queries and People-related issues.
  • Supporting People business partnering activities by working closely with business units to meet People needs.
  • Maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handling documentation related to employment, payroll, and legal compliance.
  • Participating in People projects and initiatives to improve People processes and employee experience.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience with good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software like Workday or other HRIS systems.
  • Skills in HRIS systems, Employee relations, Policy development, Performance management, Statutory Compliance, Microsoft Office Suite, Vendor management.

Senior Associate People Operations

The Senior Associate, People Operations will be responsible for providing guidance, support, & coordination across various functions within the People Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people operations, including onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, managing employee lifecycle transactions, handling day-to-day HR activities, and working with systems such as Workday.

It also involves working with People business partners, supporting managers and employees, maintaining HR databases, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and assisting on employee relations and performance management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records accurately.
  • Coordinating with vendors for background verification and People services.
