Sutherland is an experience-led digital transformation company seeking a Senior Associate. This role involves delivering high-quality software platforms on the proprietary SUTHERLAND SMARTCREDTM platform, utilizing Microsoft tools, automation, and AI. The ideal candidate will have experience in real-time analytics, Microsoft tools, automation, and AI, contributing to exceptionally engineered brand experiences. Responsibilities include updating management, impacting the bottom line through data analysis, defining Sutherland's reputation by ensuring customer satisfaction, strengthening relationships within the team and with customers, and leading efforts to debug production issues.
Must have:
  • Update management on project status.
  • Develop strategies based on data analysis.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through performance and service quality.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and customers.
  • Quickly debug production issues and provide root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency with Application Management Tools (TFS, JIRA, ServiceNow).
  • Fix minor defects and technically debug applications.
  • Manage incidents, evaluate them, and route to appropriate teams.
  • Follow up with teams for incident resolution.
  • Mentor and guide new Associates.
  • Possess a B.E / B.Tech / M.C.A or equivalent degree.
  • Minimum 3+ years of work experience.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft .NET (C#, MVC) and jQuery.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2022 and above.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good to have:
  • US healthcare domain experience

Responsibilities:

  • Keep management updated: Should update the management on the status.
  • Impact the bottom line: Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations
  • Define Sutherland’s reputation: Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction; provide coaching and feedback to CSRs
  • Strengthen relationships: Should work as a team and able to communicate effectively with customer and team members
  • Take the lead: Able to debug the production issue quickly and provide the root cause analysis with resolution for the issue.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you must:

  • Should be hands-on with various internal tools like Application Management Tools like TFS, JIRA, ServiceNOW and applications/platforms
  • Is responsible for fixing minor defects & debugging applications technically
  • Is responsible for incident management & evaluation of incidents and route to respective team like Development, Dev Ops, Networking teams etc.
  • Follow-up with teams and get the incident resolved
  • Is responsible for mentoring any new Associates onboarding and provide clarifications, feedback and guidance on the process based on the Client, LOB
  • Attend calls for any knowledge transfer

Qualifications: (To be Reviewed & Updated by The Hiring Manager basis the Requisition Raised)

  • B.E / B.Tech / M.C.A Or Graduate, Postgraduate from a recognized university
  • Minimum experience of 3+ years in work experience. US healthcare domain will be an added advantage
  • Good knowledge on Microsoft.NET (C#, MVC), jQuery
  • Good knowledge on Microsoft SQL Server 2022 and above
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
