Job Description
Roof Stacks is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. The role involves analyzing business needs, creating project processes, and ensuring projects are completed within deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile banking and payment systems, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. The candidate should be comfortable with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, and be able to create and guide research and test requirements. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders and swift problem-solving abilities. The team expects the candidate to contribute to the creation of sustainable products and offer practical solutions, directing technical and non-technical negotiations for positive outcomes.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of business analysis experience.
- Experience in Mobile Banking applications.
- Knowledge and experience in Payment Systems (Credit Card and Debit Card domains).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prioritizing and plan and finalize the project according to deadlines.
- Comfort with Agile methods like Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Creating and guide various research and test requirements.
- Analyzing the needs of business.
- Fully understanding the customer's needs, to create a project process accordingly

Qualifications
*Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
*Minimum 5+ years of business analysis experience ,
*Experience in Mobile Banking applications
*Knowledge and experience in Payment Systems (Credit Card and Debit Card domains)
*Strong communication and problem solving skills
*Prioritizing and plan and finalize the project according to deadlines
*Comfortably with Agile methods such as Scrum and/or Kanban
*Creating and guide various research and test requirements
*Analyzing the needs of business
*Fully understanding the customer's needs, to create a project process accordingly
