The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities, focusing on user behavior, conversion, retention, and monetization. Responsibilities include providing actionable recommendations to improve key metrics like GMV, AOV, churn, CAC, and ROAS. The role involves building and maintaining dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI, monitoring performance, and collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams. The analyst will also track marketing and growth performance, translate business questions into analytical problems, support A/B tests, and ensure data accuracy.
