Job Summary
In your capacity as a business development manager for B2B sales at LikeCard, you will be managing and developing B2B sales across all categories. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and working to execute business development department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This involves analyzing market trends, competitor activities, developing and implementing business development strategies, overseeing daily activities of business development and account management departments, setting team KPIs, and presenting to senior management. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying areas for process improvement, conducting evaluations of direct reports, devising succession plans, delivering sales and revenue reports with forecasts, developing and sustaining partnerships, and fulfilling any other assigned responsibilities.
Must Have
- Master's degree in business or marketing
- Minimum 6 years experience in B2B sales
- Strong commercial network building skills
- Excellent strategic planning skills
- Proficiency in technology trends
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
- Experience with Middle Eastern and global teams
- Proven track record in maximizing sales
