Job Summary
Flow is seeking a Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max. This role requires expertise in keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and daily performance tuning. The specialist will collaborate on landing page tests and conversion rate optimization (CRO), monitor quality scores, conversion paths, and budget pacing to drive profitable growth. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate tagging and attribution for reporting and communicating performance updates clearly. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience managing Google Ads at scale, mastery of campaign mechanics, and a proven ability to achieve CPA, ROAS, and CAC goals. Experience in ad copywriting, funnel-based strategy, and conversion optimization is preferred, with domain experience in real estate, hospitality, or recurring revenue models being a plus. The role is based full-time at Flow's Miami HQ.

- Collaborate on landing page tests and CRO, working closely with product and creative.
- Monitor quality scores, conversion paths, and budget pacing to drive profitable scale.
- Ensure airtight tagging and attribution for clean downstream reporting.
- Communicate performance updates with clarity and speed.
- Act as a trusted partner to growth, brand, and leadership—translating data into decisions.
Ideal Background:
- 5–10+ years of experience managing Google Ads accounts at scale.
- Mastery of Search, Display, and PMAX campaign mechanics
