Perform internal analysis of marketing processes: expenses, performance marketing, payback, make analysis and audit of marketing campaigns, etc;
Collaborate with divisional heads to refine and implement effective marketing strategies and provide guidance on best practices;
Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal processes across various departments;
Assistance to regions in forming a marketing team;
Assist divisions in polishing their brand marketing strategies;
Audit divisional reporting and identify areas for improvement;
Present marketing results and strategies to the board and other stakeholders;
Participate in the formation of regions business plans;
Create and manage the team.
5+ years of proven experience in marketing or analytics in marketing direction;
Strong understanding of marketing performance;
Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies;
Experience with conducting audit of marketing processes will be a plus;
Excellent analytical skills;
Experience in international markets and understanding of cultural nuances;
Experience with Asia, Africa, and Latam markets will be a plus.
