Job Description

Growe is seeking a Marketing Analyst to define key metrics and methodologies for Marketing and CRM analytics, aligning them with business goals for efficient decision-making. The role involves identifying opportunities and issues through data analysis, presenting actionable insights, and collaborating across Marketing, Finance, and Product teams. Responsibilities include maintaining data integrity, improving data flows, contributing to data quality enhancement, developing Tableau dashboards for KPIs, recommending performance optimization ideas, and leading automated reporting.
Good To Have:
  • Familiarity with GIT and Airflow
  • Experience with Python libraries
Must Have:
  • At least 3 years of analytical experience
  • Understanding of multi-touch attribution mechanisms
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar tools
  • Solid statistical knowledge
  • Intermediate English level
  • Capability to work self-sufficiently
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset

  • Recommend innovative ideas for optimizing marketing performance and efficiency;

  • Lead automated reporting for timely and accurate information delivery.

We need your professional experience:
  • At least 3 years of analytical experience, preferably in B2C marketing analytics;

  • Understanding of multi-touch attribution mechanisms;

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL;

  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar tools;

  • Solid statistical knowledge and experience in using statistics to analyze complex data;

  • Minimum English level required: Intermediate;

  • Familiarity with GIT and Airflow is a plus;

  • Experience with Python libraries is also a plus.
