Job Description

Growe is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the full design cycle, from discovery and user flows to final UI and developer handoff. The role involves designing intuitive mobile and web interfaces for real-time money transfer workflows and financial dashboards, mapping complex business logic into clean interfaces, and maintaining a consistent design system. The designer will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define MVP scope, prepare designs for testing, and refine them based on feedback. Experience in fintech, marketplaces, or complex SaaS platforms is preferred, along with proficiency in Figma and an understanding of design handoff processes.

Good To Have:

Experience in financial flows, crypto wallets, or digital marketplaces
Understanding of compliance constraints (KYC, AML) in UX
Experience designing B2B portals or admin panels

Must Have:

Essential professional experience:

3–5+ years in product design, ideally in fintech, marketplaces, or complex SaaS platforms;
Experience designing both mobile and web apps with functional UIs, not just marketing visuals;
Proficient in Figma and capable of managing components, variants, and responsive layouts;
Ability to simplify complex processes like money movement, verification, or reporting into a usable interface;
Familiarity with design handoff processes, working with developers, and reviewing implemented designs;
Portfolio that shows functional product thinking and strong execution quality;
Experience in financial flows, crypto wallets, or digital marketplaces (will be a plus);
Understanding of compliance constraints (KYC, AML) in UX (will be a plus);
Experience designing B2B portals or admin panels with heavy data and control layers (will be a plus).
